What medium can I draw in?

Graphite, pastel, ink, charcol, heck even digital 'drawings' will be accepted - basically the idea is to practice the technical skill of drawing so if you think it fits - its welcome!

Where do I send my first drawing?

Just send your image or link to a web based photo sharing site to drawing.challenge@gmail.com and I will embed them into a post altogether.

Remember to:
  • write the challenge number in the subject line
  • include details such as your name (or alias), medium, size, title etc etc

First Challenge!

Hi Everyone,

This year I have decided to start a drawing challenge blog as a way to motivate me to draw at least once a week. After completing a Bachelor of Arts Degree I can honestly say I did not draw nearly near enough during that 3 years!

I know I have a lot of wonderfully talented friends that would love to join me.

Our first challange will be:
  • a drawing that expresses your individual style
(closes Monday 7th of Febraury, 2011)

Very vague I know but I thought it would be a nice way to start off getting to know each other. The next challenge will be more specific, and members will have their chance to set their own challenges.
